Each and every garment you order is made from scratch by hand, depending on the size of your order, please kindly allow up to 14 days for us to make and dispatch for shipping. Your order will be packed in a KJ bag and then re-packed by our shipping partners to keep it clean and safe.

We know you want your garments as soon as yesterday, but we ask that you bear with us as we aim for sustainable and ethical processes. Please allow for extra time during collection launches and sales.

All orders will be shipped by DHL – any delays on their end are not within our control, but we are committed to you receiving your garments, so reach out with any questions or concerns and we’ll do our best to help.

Depending on your location, shipping can take 3-15 days to arrive, however end to end tracking is available, so you’ll always know where it is.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

You are responsible for any customs fees you may be charged, we are not liable nor in control of any custom clearance fees or customs holding times in your country.

If you reject or refuse a delivery due to customs fees, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping.

For USA shipments valued at more than $800USD may result in duties and taxes. Feel free to split your order up to avoid any additional fees.

All items are non-refundable 7 days after purchase, however in extreme cases, we may offer exchange. Please ensure they are kept in their original condition.
